Pre departure
Was check in quick and efficient? Sort of. Initial check in was fine; however, if it were at all possible, I think it would be great if there to be more options in terms of standby / change flight options on OLCI, i.e. not just the next two flights, but all of the options--not sure how difficult this would be, but giving the full range of options would reduce visits to the checkin / concierge staff
Did you use priority security (if eligible) and if so, was it quick and efficient? N/A, connecting
Did you use the Maple Leaf lounge and if so, any feedback in regards to service, food and drinks? Things were good at YHZ, but seriously, the wifi at YYZ Domestic MLL is terrible; it works for me only 50% of the time.
Was priority boarding offered (if applicable to your status) and efficient? Priority boarding line was there and presumably offered before I arrived. However, I showed up after they started loading the back of the plane. I stood in the empty priority line with bp and photo id in hand for a few minutes while the agent checked in about 15 - 20 pax through the economy line. Finally, a passenger asked me if I wanted to go ahead of him and I agreed. (awkward) No acknowledgement that I had been standing there, no apology for essentially ignoring me--crappy as far as I'm concerned / it was very obvious I was ready to board.

Approximately how long after take off did it take for the first meal service to be completed? (From takeoff to all items collected) don't know
How was the quality of all the meals? ok
Did the cabin crew continiously top up the beverage of your choice throughout the flight? Yes

I find the priority checkin thing had improved significantly over the past year or so, but this experience was terrible.
