My mouth is already watering from reading the menu. Fine choices, and a restaurant I remember from days of living in Montreal. I do miss Quebec spring lamb which I used to buy several times a month from my regular butcher on St. Catherine -- though our Alberta flock is has proven to be a reliable and tender replacement out here -- and the roasting rack of lamb we are having tonight has added an extra texture to reading the menu options in anticipation of the July dinner.
