To out an unscrupulous FTer or not?

I wanted to get some opinions here.

A couple months ago, I gave away several CO Presidents Club passes in Coupon Connection. I asked for a few things in return but said I'd give away regardless of if I got that. And I did.

One person to whom I gave a pass offered to give me something else in return, and since I thought it might come in handy, I gladly accepted. Well, this person never followed up.

After not receiving anything for a few weeks, I e-mailed this person, who assured me that he/she had indeed sent it and then suggested that perhaps it had gotten lost in the mail. That sounded weak to me, but I was willing to give the benefit of the doubt to a FTer. So I suggested I'd give it more time. After still nothing, I e-mailed the person again, and he/she said they would procure a replacement and send to me. Well, after about 3 1/2 weeks, I hadn't heard or received anything, so I sent another e-mail, asking whether I should expect anything. Two weeks, and no reply.

Sure, I was disappointed by this person's actions, especially as he/she continues to be active in some FT forums (with around 100 posts or so total). But I was not to be so petty as to publicly question this person. But now, this person has returned to Coupon Connection, and I wonder if others may end up with unpleasant dealings.

Should I now mention this in Coupon Connection, or take some other course of action?

Again, I'm not out for revenge, but I'd hate to have someone else get burned, like I feel I was.
