Hello,

I have several CO SWUs that were issued in 2010 and expire 2/29/2012.

Can I use them to upgrade a flight that takes place after that date (assuming i booked before the expiry)
What happens if there is no "R" availability? Can I then be waitlisted - and if so, will the wait list hold past the SWU expiry date?

I received mixed responses from CO agents.
