I was quite unhappy being confronted with this the first time I noticed they were no longer in Zone K. There was a *MASSIVE* queue for the online bag drop which took me nearly 30 minutes to drop off my luggage. I don't tend to travel with hold luggage frequently but when it does happen you expect to be able to drop your bag off with a 5 min wait at most..
