I think upping to W within 24 hours should work.

Just a thought, let's say I buy a cheap fare an decide to cancell, I wouldn't be able to do that without a penalty, but, if I can up-fare it to B without a penalty, I should be able then to cancell it without a penalty. Is that correct?
