After a day of sweeping up the last bits of
Poppy Appeal, it's nice to get back to things that REALLY matter. :roll eyes:
I will [VERY HAPPILY] admit I'm on a win-win-win with the changes. However, I'm not preening my feathers, because I know that a lot of people have been disadvantaged by the changes.
Howevvvver ... it's
only an Airline Loyalty Programme. So, switch your loyalty somewhere else, if it really grieves you. I would never criticise anyone for doing that, because this is surely all about "Customer Economics". If BA, in its infinite wisdom, reckons this is a good idea, then all you do [surely] is go with the flow, one way or another. I switch Bank and Investment accounts all the time ... if it doesn't work for me, I say goodbye. i don't have websites to enable me to say "Your returns are cr @p, I'm shifting £xxx, xxx to someone else". You just vote with your feet/£££/Avios.
What BA is 'thinking' is another dimension. Without sitting in the BoardRoom and actually knowing ... it's all about, all we can do [as Pax] is make our own value judgements. I'm certainly not visualising a "Tent City" outside Waterside.
PS ... did I say I thought the Bronze Card was utterly awful?
