Change of Name on Executive Membership
First post, so please go easy on me!
I have recently got married and have now booked BA flights for my wife with her new name. It seems that getting her passport changed is a lot easier than getting her Executive Membership details changed.
After numerous calls, the only way they will accept documentation is via fax. I've not used a fax machine in 5 years and not seen one for about 3!! Fortunately my wife has a fax machine at her work place and faxed through a copy of our marriage certificate. Unfortunately it seems that BA customer service team only check the fax machine once every 5 days (probably to do with the lack of faxes they receive) and no-one can find the marriage certificate.
Before trying to do this again, has anyone experienced needing to change your name on your BA membership and was there an alternative process.
