+ Lots of meeting space
+ Several restaurant options
+ Full Starbucks on 2nd floor
+ Gift shop (lagniappe) has deli food, coffee, baked goods, big selection of of wine, interesting gift options and the usual toiletries. Huge selection of NOLA spices, sauces & foods to take home or give as gifts, albiet at high prices
+ Full service FedEx Kinkos onsite
+ Fitness center above average, with some excellent views from the top floor
+ Adjacent to the Superdome
+ Staff is trying very hard

- Some of the KentMD amenities are made in China
- No turndown service for this Diamond
- It's an easy 1/4-1/3 mile walk from front desk to rooms
- Room key didn't work past 1PM, even though 4PM checkout noted
- No Diamond Amenity offered
- FedEx Kinkos charges $10 surcharge to touch your package, even of sending using your own acct # and your own packaging.

- Valet/drop off area woefully undersized & poorly designed. This will be a troublepoint when the hotel gets above 25% occupancy
- Not an easy walk to the French Quarter, kind of isolated from CBD
