I haven't flown Korean Air before, and don't usually fly Delta, but have accumulated a fair number of miles. But, I may have an ICN-IAD flight on Korean soon.

Is it possible to use Delta Skymiles to upgrade a Korean Air economy seat?

Any idea of the amount, and the chances of an upgrade clearing?
