Ah let's hope that doesn't come to pass. The difference is monumental. UA directly and immediately acknowledge a pricing mistake online. DL meanwhile, demands 635k SM for 1 pax from PHL to FCO...not all of which is in J and never acknowledges a mistake.

Meanwhile, DL apologists continue to recite their delusional mantra "It's broken! Call SMS!" Which is a pain...and then when you do, "Sir/Madam, you cannot redeem SkyMiles on MH/OK/UX [take your pick] etc."

Be thankful you can laugh about this here at UA.
