Thank you for your note regarding elite status in the Frontier Airlines EarlyReturns® program.

We would very much like to be your airline of choice for your future travel needs. We do have a one-time only status match program that is valid through the end of the current year. To qualify, you must fly a designated number of one-way flights during a two-month qualifying time period. Because you would only enjoy elite benefits for a short time, we have suspended the status match program for the remainder of 2011. We will restart our status match program in January 2012, so please contact us again at that time. Include your EarlyReturns number and proof of elite status with another airline at that time.

We certainly hope that our flight schedule, along with exceptional customer service, will encourage you to consistently choose Frontier Airlines. We hope to serve you soon and often.
