If anyone could help me on this issue i would very much appreciate it.

My wife and I are flying back to Australia from LHR on the 16th Dec with our new baby. We currently have 2A and 3A allocated to us. There is a couple allocated into the bassinet seats 1A and 1K.

BA have been quite helpful thus far, they understand we have a fair request, have followed all their rules correctly to date have contacted the passengers in 1A/K to ask them to move, but they have refused!.

is there anything i can do? BA are telling me they do not allocated bassinet seats in prefference to passengers flying with babies, seems odd.

both myself and the couple in 1A/K are gold card holders.
