Indeed, the page explaining the Tiers and the thresholds required has now changed to the "forthcoming" thresholds. I would imagine this is done as it would not be fair to hold out on passing on that information to anyone who might happen to want to sign up in advance of the changeover in March.
But the increase does not actually go into effect until March. Rather than look at the general explanation of the tiers and thresholds, you should look at your personal "counter" when logged into your BAEC account. Does it put you at the "old" (lower) or "new" (higher, but not yet in-force) threshold to achieve/maintain status?
