Thanks for the reply. Yes, I've learned that DL likes to fix it by routing through DL flights and then KLM or AF. And I've spoken with 3 or 4 supervisors. They've all been dumbfounded that an agent booked me on OS.

The main problem is getting from VIE to CDG/AMS. There are almost no flights out at all (and DL hasn't flown out of VIE in some years). The other issue is that my sister who is flying Star Alliance has a 1PM flight out of VIE so we need to be semi-close in timing with her (although that is less of a big deal).

And yes, my mother does not want to travel TATL by herself. She had an absolutely horrible experience traveling PSA-JFK-LAX where she was late arriving and got confused where to go and ended up in coach on the JFK-LAX leg. While she's very appreciative of me getting us these tickets, she has a strong preference to not flying alone TATL.

I'm just so frustrated right now because the timings and flihgts were 100% perfect. Now 2 weeks before departure I come to find that the flights wont work which is just frustrating.
