I have no doubt that some of you are unhappy with the changes. However, in the interest of other members please keep this thread strictly to questions (and relevant answers) only please?

I completely appreciate that those who are unhappy would like to express their view and I have absolutely no objection to doing so in a reasonable manner, but I feel this thread is best kept on topic so that questions and answers can be found more easily.

Reverse also applies - if you wish to congratulate the BA team, please do so in another thread (or if there is not one, please start it) in order to keep this thread to Q&As only.

All I am trying to do is to keep this thread strictly the matter of questions and answers. Therefore, I need to ask you all to keep vents and praises away from this thread. If vents or praises are mentioned merely in passing as part of a question, they will not be deleted or edited, but if rants or praises are the predominant feature in the post, I'm sorry but it will need to be deleted so as not to 'hide' the questions. I also cordially ask that you do not reply to rants or vents, for the same reason.

As such, I have taken my Pledge duster out and cleaned up some posts, along with those replying to those posts.
