I've unistalled all freecause/jackpot rewards toolbars as they are a joke and not honoring the miles. Got some miles posted as a courtesy from AA customer service. - No thanks to freecause/jackpot.
Contacted freecause/jackpot rewards, previous to that and they gave me the complete runaround. I got very snide and upset with them and basically told them where they can shove it. Then they decided they will try to help and want me to jump through more hoops. I'm not wasting my time with those clowns any longer.
