My favourite breakfast is and always has been, a full English. I couldn't eat it every day, heck I couldn't eat it more than once a week but there is something so satisfying about it.

Whether it's the meaty Hawksmoor breakfast (below) or the diminutive take on a full English at Pollen Street Social as a starter (photo to follow when I get it off my old Blackberry) in the evening, it's clearly my favourite.

Eggs Benedict, French toast with crispy bacon, waffles or a simple mushroom omelette all come a close second.
