It's a view point from the employee perspective which is different then the passenger's and could help you see the whole picture if you were so inclined to be open to understanding these job functions. No, FTers don't know everything. But we know a lot, especially about the customer-service-facing aspects of the airline world. And what we also know is that some agents will find a way to get everything done, abide by the policies and treat everyone well in the process and other's wouldn't. The latter is simply unacceptable.
