Executive Club changes - outstanding questions from 16 Nov
Dear all
There are a number of threads running on various topics. What I would like to do is run this as a single thread to answer any outstanding questions for any of the changes which are not clear. The idea being that I can provide clear and concise answers but also to review where we might need to make some changes on ba.com to support our members through the changes.
We will, of course, continue to monitor opinions and feedback through the current threads so it would be immensely helpful if we could contain this to brief questions only for the benefit of everyone.
Please bear with me during this time - it will be difficult to respond to all of the individual PMs but I will do my best to respond as quickly as possible.
