So based on what others have reported, if I'm calling to purchase an upgrade in class, they will probably waive the change fee?

For instance, if I want to go from a sLUT fare (which my company pays for) to an A or P fare using my own cash, they'll probably just charge me the difference?

Man... I flew ATL-SEA a bunch this past year. I definitely would have taken advantage of that if I'd known it.
