Personnaly, I prefer the train. The ride is about 3 hrs or so, the countryside is beautiful, however, I had a hard time fighting to stay awake while on the train. You can book it through AA, although it seems to time out most of the time, the code is ZMU.
You get miles for the ride. The train station is right on the FRA airport.
