Delta is also apparently applying the new program retroactively. My parents (FO + Non Status) had booked a ticket on miles JFK-LAX in December since they got non-stops both ways for 25K miles and my father wanted to stop just short of GM and for that route they were never going to score an upgrade so paid vs. miles did not make a difference. Today I find that they were removed from 22 A & B and put in 25 C & D. Tried to put them back in 22 A & B but even though it was showing as available Delta.dumb would not allow it. In fact it looks like they did that to just about everyone who had an EC seat. Fortunately I was able to protect them in 36 D & E
