I go with the 21mg patches for flights. They don't stop me wanting a fag but they do stop me wanting to kill again.

What's torture when you find yourself high up above Hudson Bay is when the movie you're watching is full of people puffing away. Mad Men and Boardwalk Empire are also best avoided in flight.
