Did the website give details before it went down?

If I can't get into preferred seating (exit) at time of booking, I'm not going with DL anymore. It's pretty much the only reason I maintain some status, as I'm 6'8", and need those seats. Like, really need them bad. As a GM out of MSP, I barely ever get upgraded anyway, so bye bye DL.
