Same here. Which is why I usually try to book without using them.

I've seen some airport security, airline security contractors and immigration/customs security personnel make a stink about the name on the boarding pass/ticket over a title showing up on it, particularly when such documents included a title that may be close in spelling to a passenger's middle name but also otherwise. More of an "issue" when the person is considered -- even wrongfully -- to be "foreign", but it's infrequent for it to be a travel stopper even when an issue is made of it by airport/airline/government employees.
