My Chase Ink Bold application included a 15 minute telephone interview about the type of work we do, cashflow, assets, profit/loss etc.
I had a similar experience while applying for a Chase Ink card recently. My interview was around 10 min. I believe all financial institutions have made the process slightly difficult. But they are still ready to listen and approve the application once they get some additional information.
