Loved the lobster rolls in Maine, not so much the kimchi Big Mac in Seoul. Hawaii adds spam to their menu, and I recently had my first taste of bitten balls at the McDs in Amsterdam.
I seem to recall eastern Canada having a cheese curds and gravy option for their fries a while back.
