I do not dispute that AC does a better job tracking lounge access than UA.

What I am saying is that at no time in recent memory have I seen a UA RCC gatekeeper taking the time to record where access is coming from. Most times the gatekeepers are too busy talking to each other.

Does AC bill UA, most likely. Does UA bill AC? No way...
