I always receive nice upgrades at MCO, but rarely the specific car that I've given as my preference in advance of arrival. Thanks to other posts on this forum advising of the availability of BMWs, I requested one via phone call to the President's Club line after making the reservation, and prior to arrival.

To my surprise, it was sitting in the space with my name on the board and we drove right out without having to visit the kiosk to ask for something different (except I did jump out of the car and thank the staff for the nice upgrade before driving off). It was especially nice as we arrived after 11 pm following a long day of flying.
