It's 12 months from the date they're deposited. If you wait until the end of December, you could even get 01/13. (12/12 isn't a win because United has already said they'll extend anyone's early SWUs to 12/12.)

You're thinking of the RDM multiplier. As far as I know, they haven't published the PQM modifiers for next year yet.
