i made 1P earlier this month and still haven't gotten my new card. i'll be going on an intl trip this weekend and was wondering if i could just use my old 2P card, especially if they have to swipe it for verification anyways.
i'm assuming that they actually do some sort of lookup, so *in theory* the color of the card doesn't matter as long as they can verify the status of the FF#? i happen to have a mag stripe reader (due to work) and the swipe does contain my status and expiration date, so maybe a live lookup is too much to hope for.
