The LHR flight is usually a 332, not a 333, so the envoy retrofit's aren't the cause. I was on MAD-PHL last year, slotted as a 333 but downsized to a 332 according to US, because they needed extra capacity for MUC for the start of Oktoberfest. I didn't complain
