I found this a couple of times: I checked there is award ticket on Asia miles website but was told by Jet Privilege service center there is no seat available. JP can only put me in waitlist.

The worst thing is the award seat kept existing and waitlist was never changed to confirmed. Is CX intentionally block the seat to its own member? No I think if I use AA miles I can get that seat. In that sense, CX only block the seat for JP member, right? Anyone has such experience?
