totally agree. £60 is just too high on top of the actual change in fare.

I had a flight recently which was LHR-GLA, bought pre summer. To push it out a further 2 months was a fare change of £20 and an "admin" fee of £60. To buy a new ticket for the same date date was £76.

And it's like fuel surcharge, not consistent. If I buy a ticket originating in Prague and make a change, the change "admin" fee is 3900kc, at current exchange rates, £130. If I originate in the UK, the charge is £60. A big difference for the same functionality !!
