Since everything is packaged and all the FAs do is take off the plastic wrap/foil I don't think you have much to worry about. It isn't like they are actually making the sandwiches themselves. Everything is pre-plated and wrapped up. Most FAs disappear into the restroom to freshen up and wash their hands before doing the food/beverage service from what I have seen.
