T2 to Maglev: 10 minutes
Buy ticket: 5 minutes
Waiting time dept. Maglev : max 15 minutes
Travel time Maglev: 8 minutes
Exit Maglev station, walk downstairs and find subway station + ticket machine: 10 minutes
Buy 2x 4 RMB tickets: 10 minutes (figure out how to operate touch screen, change to English, find line2/ Lujiazui and pay)
Subway trip: 15 minutes
Exit subway station: 5 minutes

One way would add up to 65-80 minutes

With some walking around/ taking pictures you can easily spend 3 hours for the total trip PVG - Pearl Tower.
If your inbound flibht is on time and you can drop your luggage without delay, it could be feasible.
