I'm sure stez and trickster's advice is good. I left some glasses on a BA plane once. In fact I have done it several times! On all occasions but one I have realised while I am still at the airport, told a member of BA staff and they have retrieved them for me. However on one occasion it was my reading glasses so I managed to get all the way home before realising. A call to LHR lost property, and the cost of postage and packing, and I was reunited with my glasses ^
