I nearly missed a Darwin - Brisbane flight last week because ANZ hadnt allowed for daylight saving changes and I turned up at the airport after the flight had closed. The very helpful check in supervisor reopened the flight ( they can if they want too!!!) I think largely due to having had contact with him through my work the day before!
