I did the same thing for MIL - sent NZ her PMR-LHR via SIN BP with self addressed envelope incl in July and didn't hear a thing for a couple of months. Emailed the gold team who said they would chase it up, they had lost the boarding passes (MIL wanted them for a scrap book) and they are still yet to credit as of November. So I wouldn't hold your breath. I will email again and see where I get with them this time
