I bought a couple of the groupons for Delta Sky Club access but it doesn't look like I can physically get from the US gates in B boarding area over to the DL gates in the C area. I don't think I am lucky enough for that club to be curbside? I have a US club card but don't think any of UA's clubs are curbside either.

Any suggestions for a quiet place where I can take a call? I don't mind walking a bit, and should have time for the skytrain if needed. I prefer not to have to clear security twice, though; it's sometimes really chaotic at SFO and I'd take a nice quiet coffee corner over a second trip through security, but I've yet to find a "nice quiet coffee corner" in the B area.
There are actually a few options:

1) The former Continental side of the terminal is pretty much dead these days; there's one or two AirTran gates over there, but the rest are unoccupied, so you could easily perch in a corner and call in fairly uninterrupted.

2) There's an Alaska Airlines Board Room on the right in the main hallway after you clear security (I could never understand why it's there, given that there are only maybe two gates that service Alaska, but it's there nonetheless). They sell day passes for the bargain price of $45: https://commerce.points.com/loungepasses Unfortunately, it doesn't appear that that location has conference rooms, but you can give them a call at 650-875-8613 to find out what they do have. https://www.alaskaair.com/content/gi...and-hours.aspx

3) There used to be a shuttle between the former CO side of terminal 1 and terminal 3, because I know at least one person with a US club membership that used to hop it over to terminal 3 to use the United RCC. I've never ridden this myself, and my guess is that it might be no more now that CO's moved to terminal 3. I can't seem to verify this one way or the other on the web, though, and I won't be back there until next week to check it out in person (it's also shown on the map that's sitting in front of the former CO club pre-security, but that could be old).
