I had a whole lot of business travel last year and achieved gold status on US. I'm sitting on only 16k qualifying miles this year (unfortunately I flew 9k on Delta for some work trips) and have little to no chance of requalifying even for silver. What is the typical experience for non-challenge status matches? Do any of the airlines offer this and, if so, which ones?
