I hold a Gold card and have done for fifteen years. I'm on holiday with family to the Maldives and have used a travel agent for flights with BA, transfers and hotels and would like to use up my miles to upgrade from the back of the plane to WTP or Business. My booking on BA's system does not appear to allow me to do this. What can I do? Thanks
