Well, after a short flight on which we were, I believe, the only revenue passengers, we are here in a nice corner room at the PDX Hilton downtown, sharing a glass of Chardonnay and trying to figure out what time we are supposed to meet for dinner. Higgins is only a few blocks away, so we'll in all likelihood be walking down to dinner.
We lucked out and found a parking space right across the street from the Hilton at 5:45 pm. It is costing us a total of ten cents to park overnight in the middle of downtown. YEAH!!! One of my primary primary goals in life is to find ways to be consistently lucky.
Ooops, as I am writing, both my cell phone (mweiss) and my room phone (Travel Weary) began to ring. I guess now it is time to head out to drinks and dinner.
Catch you all later, after another grand evening with FlyerTalk friends.
