Must be for low loads. Reasonable from TG's perspective, but they should be rebooking pax on alternative flights, such as SQ, NH, UA via NRT. Are they?
If on award ticket (UA) for travel on TG, at what point is TG responsible for rebooking confirmed passengers for cancelled flight? Obviously days before a cancelled flight passenger must contact issuing carrier, but what about 24 hours before departure? 1 hour before? Or in transit connecting to another TG flight?
