EY has great deals for staff travel, somehow differentiated by seniority. I have seen the fares for ID50 and ID90 tickets ... amazing!
You will see lots of cabin crew in biz class (both on confirmed and on standby staff tickets), and the more senior cabin crew can also book themselves into first class. From what I hear from EYfriends "operational upgrades" are frequent ...
