I would love for you to help me, but I can't imagine how you could?
Means some error in the payment serial number (clear cookies?)
VPN = the website thinks I'm outside of China, so my location doesn't really count.
As CZ website doesn't give a specific payment code for paypal (as far as I can see), a thrid person cannot make the payment without all details.
