Seems like the CWLCY catering is slightly better than normal CW. I don't like the idea of having an iPad as IFE - it means you have to hold it and then have nowhere to put it when doing anything else (eg. eating). I'm still not convinced of the need for the CWLCY service, and am in no rush to try it myself, although the seats do look pretty good.

Very poor form for AA not to provide any catering beyond nuts and cookies on the JFK-MCO flight

The LAX lounge doesn't look too special for what is meant to be a flagship oneworld facility. Certainly not a patch on QF or CX flagship lounges, or BA's for that matter.

Even though I understand the reasoning behind closing the T5 arrivals lounge at 2pm, I still think it should be available for all long haul arrivals, particularly when your LAX flight did not appear to offer any hot breakfast catering beyond a roll in CW.
