There seem to be connections possible via BUD with MA but, these too, are not offered on AA.com.

Has anybody experienced the AB direct flight or the AA/MA BUD connection in Business Class ?

Thanks all.

PS: As usual, AY has an excellent price but conections are awkward, 9 hours eastbound and overnight westbound
Hopefully as airberlin gets closer to to finalizing membership in oneworld the situation will improve...but the AA site is terrible about listing airberlin options. It seems to prefer 2 connections over even direct flights on AB, if the AB result even shows up. You might be able to do it over the phone.

But as far as AB J goes, I think it's pretty nice. It's not a premium economy product. It's a little better than domestic F on an AA's MD80, in my opinion.

I see around $3K in December on AB, and it's $3.5K on BA....for the convenience of a direct flight, and saving $500, it seems worth it to me to "suffer" J on AB. But I usually fly in Y.
