@ irfanjaffry: just about Skytrax: I have tried to write three reviews (Etihad, Virgin Australia and Brussels Airlines) but none of them showed up on the site. My reviews were all positive and I wonder if Skytrax is not hiding reviews in order to keep scores low. After all, they are some kind of rating agency: they get paid to give a score to an airline. Probable Qatar airways is paying good money to them...
